Coordinate logistics for career development programs
Monitor participant progress and evaluate competencies
Maintain relationships with educational institutions
Create detailed reports on participant metrics
Facilitate learning delivery for support function professionalsRequirements:
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years in early talent development
Preferred certification in instructional design
Strong project management and data skills
