going improvement of talent processes and documentation Ensure that candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system are accurate (Taleo) Responsible to brief Talent Partners Team on any recruitment policies and procedures changes in a timely manner Directly support the internal talent team and HR business partners for specific branches/departments administrative and coordination needs Accountable for contributing to the development of recruiting strategies and policies, programs, processes and governance of the talent team Participate in the development of all coordination and general talent initiatives Participate in recruitment events, conferences, and job fairs as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an administrative support role (previous HR experience would be considered a valuable asset).
