Experience as a liaison between business operations and Corporate IT, including escalation management.
Familiarity with IT service management platforms (e.g., Service
Now) for ticket tracking and SLA monitoring.
Basic network troubleshooting skills sufficient to restore branch connectivity.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power Automate or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to travel to branch locations for office moves, acquisitions, and project implementations.
Assets Experience in the insurance industry.
Familiarity with call center technology, IVR systems, and workforce management tools.
Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) or change champion programs. ITIL Foundation certification or Microsoft certifications (MS

Experience supporting operational response during catastrophe (CAT) events or business disruptions. A day in the life

Oversee insurance platform upgrades and user support (e.g., Applied Rating Services, EPIC, Policy

Serve as escalation point for end users not receiving timely resolution through the corporate helpdesk.
Develop user training materials, system documentation, troubleshooting guides, and change communications.
