Required Experience

party data feeds with ERP platforms (e.G., FX rate integrations). Participate in ERP package deployments, upgrades, and regression testing. Analyze and revise existing system logic, jobs, and documentation to improve stability and efficiency of ERP. Document and maintain operational procedures in alignment with Company control policies and SOX requirements. Provide audit walkthrough support, including evidence gathering and control explanations. Support scheduled jobs, monitoring activities, and recurring operational processes. Act as backup support for the Senior Systems Analyst, ERP. Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, IT partners, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver operational improvements. Knowledge and Experience Required University or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Two to five (2–5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role. Strong working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred). Experience monitoring, configuring and documenting, troubleshooting, and maintaining ERP systems. Knowledge of IFS as the primary ERP platform is considered a strong asset. Knowledge of OS and application layer patching Knowledge of server and business applications configuration and implementation/migration Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, planning, and time
