Required Experience

secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Nutrition and/or Food Service Management. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Food Services management role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Food Services Supervisory role. Experience in a hospital or Long Term /Continuing Care setting. Completion of food safe handling certificate. Experience supervising a unionized workforce. Experience leading projects and organizational initiatives. Experience with process improvement and change management methodologies (ie. Prosci, lean six sigma). Experience with the following computer programs: Connect Care, E
