Required Experience

· Ensure accurate and timely documentation in AIMS
· Review daily logs and reports for quality and completeness
· Support compliance with MCCSS Quality Assurance Measures (QAM)
What You Bring
· Diploma or degree in Developmental Services, Social Work, Human Services, or related field
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in developmental services
· Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
· Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
· Strong communication, problem

Violent Crisis Intervention) or equivalent (we also train)
· Experience in Intensive Support Settings (ISS)
· Knowledge of MCCSS QAM, Serious Occurrence Reporting, and compliance standards
· Experience with AIMS or similar documentation systems
