$105,000.00 annually Requirements Language: English (spoken and written). French is an asset. Education: Diploma or degree in manufacturing or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 – 5 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Accountabilities Supervise employees, ensuring effective safety practices are maintained. Supervise train crew and switching requirements for the site. Accountable to oversee the loading process ensuring compliance with loading regulations. Provide planning and direction to the Finishing Room and Core Room crews to achieve annual operating budgets. Provide optimal use of the Finishing Room and Core Room manufacturing processes and provide suggestions for improvements. Improve processes from a cost, productivity, quality and environmental perspective. Maximize production, manpower through best work practices. Improve and maintain standards for housekeeping in the Finishing Room and Core Room. Provide support to winders and product planner. Ensure proper cores are provided to each winder in a timely fashion. Prepare weekly reports, schedules and supply inventories.
