Required Experience

functionally to ensure clear communication, accurate reporting, and the delivery of reliable shift results. Key Skills & Knowledge: Grade 12 or equivalent. Post Secondary Education in a Mining related discipline is considered an asset. Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience. 5 or more years of experience in an open pit mining environment with autonomous operations. Previous exposure to Autonomous Controller or Dispatch will be highly regarded, but not essential. Sound knowledge of open pit mining fundamentals and autonomous mining operations. Experience in supervision and management of dynamic teams. Skills & Strengths We Value: Advanced computer literacy. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work under pressure. College diplomas or university degrees in a related field such as air traffic control, robotics, or autonomous systems is considered an asset.
