Required Experience

secondary trades, maintenance or building operator program or equivalent, a valid class 5 driver's license will be required. Sufficient practical experience to perform the duties is required and experience working with seniors is an asset. Applicants must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently, have knowledge of the safe operation and maintenance of hand/power tools and grounds keeping equipment as well as basic knowledge of carpentry. Applicants must be physically able to perform job duties.
