Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Camp Leaders to oversee and facilitate engaging pickleball activities for children at our summer camp. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, possess solid leadership skills, and be committed to creating a safe, fun, and educational environment. This role offers an excellent chance to develop leadership abilities while making a positive impact on young campers’ summer experience. This role is for 2 full day camp days in Jul and 3 full week camp weeks (1 in July and 2 in Aug). You must be available for these durations as well as in June for some pre

Must be at least 18 years old or older
Prior experience working with children or in educational roles is a plus but not required

Position Details

Hours: appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction
Program Leadership:
Lead daily pickleball activities, drills, and games tailored to youth skill levels.
Supervision & Safety:
Maintain a safe environment by enforcing facility rules and monitoring camper behavior.
Respond promptly to any safety concerns or incidents and report to management.
Volunteer Coordination:
Direct and support camp volunteers to assist with activities and supervision.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents during camp hours.
Provide clear instructions and updates to campers and volunteers.
