What You'll Be Doing
Preparing surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, masking, caulking)
Applying paint to interior and exterior residential surfaces
Setting up and working safely from ladders and scaffolding
Keeping job sites clean and organized throughout the day
Following crew lead instructions and maintaining quality standards
Representing the team professionally with clients on site
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and a solid work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Able to perform physically demanding work (standing, lifting, climbing ladders)
Previous painting or general labour experience is an asset — not required
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

$18–$23/hour based on experience
