Job Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store Control expenses and manage customer relations Ensure customer service standards are maintained Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders Set up ads properly and on time Receive and manage freight & deliveries Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: 1
