Be responsible for the P&L; performance,monitoring and assessing inventory levels.

Maintain staffing schedules and being responsive to any changes in business or traffic trends
Ensure store standards are met (ie., health and safety, product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping).
Be the face of our combined values, with a focus on customer, wellness, transparency and sustainability.
Ensurethat the story behind our brand gets communicated to our customers.
Create and curate a comfortable environment for customers to experience our products and learn about our brand.
Address any escalated customer inquiries.
The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:
Have at least 2+ years' sales experience, a record of strong store sales and demonstrated performance.
