You'll manage the store's schedule and payroll
Collaborating with the Assistant Manager, you'll develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and drive business. You'll be responsible for overseeing these plans and measuring them against the team's performance
As a manager, employees will look to you for guidance. It's your job to create a positive work atmosphere, boost employee morale, and make sure that every employee understands performance expectations
You'll be responsible for recruiting & hiring all employees, coordinating new hire orientations, holding strategic meetings, and conducting performance reviews for each employee
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
A minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered
