Through targeted training and effective vendor management, you'll develop beauty advisors and ensure clients receive the best experience through all services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of the Beauty Studio
• Ensure training and development of beauty advisors
• Coordinate online reservations for services
• Maintain organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Facilitate training with product vendors
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Skilled in team leadership and development
• Retail or beauty industry experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Deliver impressive beauty experiences for clients by effectively leading and managing store operations and talent development.
