Be bilingual in both French and English with robust oral and written communication skills

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with a focus on staffing and/or recruiting A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
\n
Demonstrated understanding of Recruitment best practices and related legislation
\n
Demonstrate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel A Secret level Security Clearance from the Federal Government, or be eligible to obtain it
\n
