Required Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in structural steel/composite design and construction, preferably within nuclear, power, or large‑scale industrial projects.

$120,000. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as work location, education, experience, unique skills, and job conditions.
Referral Bonus: Refer a standout candidate and receive a $3,000 referral bonus after they have successfully completed their first six months of employment with Aecon.
