Key Responsibilities
\n
Testing & Governance OversightDevelop, execute, and document test plans, test scripts, and sampling methodologies for compliance and governance reviews.
\n
Conduct design and operational effectiveness testing to assess alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
\n
Perform audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify compliance and governance risks.
\n
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor remediation progress.
\n
Reporting & CommunicationCommunicate test results clearly during stakeholder meetings.
\n
Prepare formal reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
\n
Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities, results, and evidence.
\n
Process Review & Testing SupportDocument business processes and perform detailed procedure and requirement reviews .
\n
Support or conduct
\n
UAT, SIT, or QA testing as needed.
\n
Assist in developing and enhancing governance policies and procedures.
\n
KEY Skills and Experience:Strong experience working in audit, compliance, second line of defense , or consulting roles.
\n
3+ years of developing, executing, and documenting test plans, test scripts, and sampling methodologies;
\n
3+ years of conducting design and operational effectiveness testing to assess alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
\n
Strong understanding of
\n
GRC frameworks and testing methodologies.
\n
Background in financial services or banking preferred
\n
High proficiency with
\n
Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio .
\n
Ability to analyze and extrapolate data to support findings.
\n
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and documentation abilities.
\n
