Required Experience

Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in project procurement and strategic sourcing , ideally within infrastructure, Healthcare, Government, or PPP / P3 environments.

Minimum 5 years’ experience of demonstrated ability to operate as a single point of contact for procurement activities within a complex organization.

•
Minimum 5 years’ experience of solid negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.

•
Minimum 5 years’ experience of solid financial acumen, including budget management, cost control, and lifecycle cost analysis .

Direct experience supporting Public‑Private Partnership (PPP / P3) infrastructure projects , particularly within Healthcare and Government sectors.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,200 to $113,600 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
