Job Summary\nAs the Sr. Director, Merchandise Planning, you will lead and manage the Merchandise Planning team by providing excellent leadership, clear direction, and proper support to drive multi

performing team of merchandise planners;

Participate as a member of the Brand Leadership team, partnering with other business unit leaders on all major brand initiatives.

Qualifications
\n
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field, preferably in the following order: Mathematics or Finance – Business Administration;
\n
8+ years of experience in a similar role;
\n
Experience in the retail industry required;
\n
Excellent management skills and experience leading large teams;
\n
Comprehensive knowledge of the brand and target market;
\n
Expertise with planning programs and tools;
\n
Experience with Merchandise Planning systems is an asset.
\n
