In this individual contributor role, you will manage safety for FIFO camps and ice roads, reviewing safety documentation and conducting inspections. Your experience will enhance the safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in extreme environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hazard assessments and safety audits
• Develop safety training materials and emergency plans
• Lead safety orientations and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Track safety metrics and audit compliance
Requirements:
• CRSP certification or equivalent required
• 5+ years of specialized experience in safety
• Valid OFA3/Advanced First Aid and driver’s license
• Expertise in MS Office and reporting skills
• Knowledge of OHS regulations in Canada
