Job Title: special events coordinator

Tasks and Responsibilities The Special Events coordinator (SE) will work closely with our team to plan, prepare and execute special events, story telling and community initiatives. Under the direction of the Executive Director the SE will assist to plan logistics, schedules, maintain and create relationships. Work with vendors to ensure the events are supported and have the resources required.

Develop marketing materials, assist with creation of marketing plan, training plans and materials. Answer phones and emails responding to inquires and assist with other duties as assigned.
