The Spa Experience Coordinator is the first and last impression of our spa. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client focused environment, loves creating meaningful connections, and has a natural ability to stay organized and calm in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities*
Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointment booking, confirmations and spa’s scheduling system to optimize appointment flow and reduce wait times
Educate clients on spa services, promotions and retail products
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure timely service delivery and proper room preparation
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to promote positive experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail space
Support retail sales by recommending products suited to client needs and promoting special offers
Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, maintaining client records, and inventory management
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with spa policies and regulations
Experience*
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast
