Job Summary*
\nWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks that support construction, maintenance, and installation projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.\n
The Skilled
\nLaborer will play a vital part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.\n
Duties*
Assist with construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks, including material handling and site preparation
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment in office
Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
Measure and cut materials according to project specifications
Assist in setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment for access
Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects
Experience*
Prior experience in construction, asphalt, concrete, carpentry, or general labor preferred
Familiarity with safety procedures and WSHA regulations is advantageous
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are mandatory
