first culture.Safety & Compliance: Enforce OH&S programs, conduct regular safety talks, and ensure full compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, inspectors, subtrades and internal project teams.Quality Assurance: Guarantee strict adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards; perform regular inspections and resolve issues promptly.Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies.QualificationsExperience: 7 + years supervising ICI construction projects, with a solid record of delivering on time and on budget.Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with building codes, permit processes, and construction specifications.Certifications: Gold Seal Certification (preferred but not mandatory).Software Proficiency: Hands
