Job Summary
Collingwood Hyundai is seeking a reliable and personable Shuttle Driver / Shop Hand to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our service department by transporting customers safely and assisting with shop operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and physically capable of handling tasks that involve lifting tires and other automotive materials.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
Assist the service department with moving vehicles and maintaining an organized shop.
Load, unload, and transport tires and automotive parts.
Support technicians with general shop duties as required.
Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicles and work areas.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to consistently lift and carry over 50 lbs.
Friendly, professional, and personable with clients.
Strong reliability and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous automotive or customer service experience is considered an asset.
