As part of the Mazergroup team,the Shop Foreman role is to provide administrative support for the Service Team and quality customer service in a professional and profitable manner.
Shop Foreman responsibilities include workflow assignment, technician mentorship and efficiency improvement. A high level of mechanical/technical competence is required.
Journeyperson ticket in Heavy Duty or AG and/or equivalent experience and education can be considered Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic medium computer literacy Valid drivers license is required Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs to maneuver in/through/around equipment easily and safely Ability to work indoors and outdoors with have a tolerance to fumes or odors Willing to obtain Forklift operations safety certificate We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates selected for next steps will be contacted.
