Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift) We Offer a Very Extensive Benefit Program Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

Employee Appreciation Events and Celebrations throughout the year and $Cash Recognition Programs General Job Description Unload product & empty returnables from trucks Load trucks with product and empty returnables Ability to meet shipment window times Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence Complete shipping paperwork with drivers Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions. All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines Other duties as requested Qualifications Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
