Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Sheet Metal HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Sheet Metal and HVAC mechanical background with a mandatory MINIMUM of 5+ years experience in the installation of DUCTWORK and all HVAC systems including hydronics, HVAC, IAQ, etc., in both custom and residential homes. Must be detail oriented and must have the ability to think logically and outside the box through plans and systems from drawings to completion. As the Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team members work is done correctly, to the manufacturer's specifications and meets all TSSA, and Building Codes. Mentoring helpers and juniors to achieve their goals is essential.
