Do you have two or more years’ experience with Heavy Duty Trailer parts? Do you love working in a professional setting, and providing outstanding customer service? This could be the role for you! The successful candidate will provide service to technicians requiring parts, while ensuring quality inventory control. He or she will maintain inventory levels, and provide occasional external parts sales to select customers. He or she will also provide limited service coverage during evening hours.

Hours: During evening hours only: intake external service customer requests, which includes creating work orders, aiding with service customer inquiries, collecting customer and vehicle information, recording customer complaints, and communicating with customers on repair schedules, cost estimates, etc…
