We are seeking a Service Product Manager. This position will be located in Raleigh NC.
We're seeking a proactive, collaborative individual with a strong technical background and a passion for service excellence to join our team. In this critical role, you'll define and optimize service offerings and spare parts strategy for our innovative high‑power EV chargers. You'll be the vital link between our cutting‑edge R&D; and operational service delivery. Your work will directly enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to Heliox's long‑term success.
Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR 5+ years of equivalent work experience in a similar role as Product Manager.

3+ years of experience with the following:

128,520 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
