We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager / Personnel to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily service operations and ensure exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and a team player. This role requires a solid background in residential exteriors such as cladding, soffits, eavestrough & siding.
Duties
Manage the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and perform service assignments to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
Provide support to the Production Coordinator assisting with deliveries and ensuring quality workmanship from every crew
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies across all operations
Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, and overall department performance
Maintain organization and cleanliness of shop yard, trailers, tools and equipments
