Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in High Level, AB for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations within the automotive service department, ensuring productive workflow and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing service staff, maintaining quality control standards, coordinating with customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance, and monitoring departmental performance to meet service goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive service management, customer service, and team leadership
Solid organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, maintenance scheduling, and parts inventory management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship‑building skills
Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Certification or formal training in automotive service is an asset but not mandatory
