What You Will Be Doing: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals. Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence. Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards. Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics. Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency. Train and develop team members for continuous improvement. Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met. Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support. Foster a customer‑first culture through coaching and mentorship. What We are Looking For: 3+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Highly organized, hardworking, and self‑driven. Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation. Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
