From audit and tax to consulting and specialist advisory services, we help clients navigate complexity and seize opportunity with clarity.Senior Tax ManagerYour role:Working closely with the Partners and other senior staff to develop and implement tax planning assignments for clientsPerforming and reviewing technical research, developing and documenting tax planning recommendationsReviewing Canadian individual and corporate tax returns and other tax work prepared by staffConsulting with clients regarding various business and tax planning needsAdding value by identifying client service opportunities, including cross‐team collaborationCoaching, mentoring, and developing staff for high performance and skilled growthEngaging with all levels of our team while working to bring our strategy to life and participate in firm‐wide events that foster our workplace cultureWhat you bring to the table:Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) DesignationSuccessful completion of the CPA Canada In‐Depth Tax Course7+ years of public accounting experience in a tax specific environmentHigh proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Caseware, and TaxPrep considered an assetStrong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and with others effectively as part of a teamUnderstanding of a client‐focused, fast‐paced work environment and the ability to effectively pivot between tasks and prioritize deliverables to meet conflicting deadlinesExperience working with owner‐managed businesses considered an assetWhat's in it for you?Competitive total rewards package, including salary and incentive programRobust benefit plan (health, dental, life, AD&D, LTD)Paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, firm holidays)Fitness allowanceCell phone allowanceWhere you'll work:We are currently hiring for our offices in Collingwood, Owen Sound and Walkerton, ON.Job type: Permanent, Full‐timeYour schedule: Monday to FridaySalary range: $120,000
