Job Description/Duties Lead complex projects from initiation through closeout, including operational programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, and strategic development efforts. Develop tailored project execution plans using industry best practices and internal capabilities to maximize value and outcomes. Direct multidisciplinary teams, including Project and Discipline Managers, toward shared performance goals. Negotiate scope, contracts, and critical outcomes with internal and client stakeholders. Apply advanced business acumen to improve project margin, resource efficiency, and schedule fidelity.
