Required Experience

user experience. About You University Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferred. 4+ years of experience in an area involving policy analysis and development. Experience of policy analysis and development techniques. Strong analytical, evaluative, and interpretative skills. Experience with collaboration, with a commitment to deliver the best results. Solid judgement in dealing with confidential issues. Track record of performing a range of tasks and issues simultaneously to a positive outcome. Adaptability to work in multiple situations and with several individuals or groups. Ability to provide guidance and technical leadership to other advisors/analysts. Project management skills to effectively lead complex initiatives and deliver results. Practical understanding of government processes, policy, and operations. Government or crown corporation experience is an asset. Working knowledge of beverage alcohol industry is an asset.
