Hours: may delegate Attend hospital specific and IHLP TD meetings as required Arrange and conduct the orientation of new staff members and the clinical instruction of students Assist manager with scheduling including coverage for unscheduled absenteeism Ensure completion and submission of all external EQA including IQMH and IHLP Problem solving and documenting issues through Occurrence Reporting Maintaining workload statistics and preparing the monthly statistical report for the section Checking and reviewing the work of subordinates for correctness and thoroughness, approving or rejecting their results and directing further action as required HOURS OF WORK: As per department schedule (with hours per week dedicated time to perform Lead duties) Must be available for all shifts SALARY: $
