directed services and will play a vital role in supporting CLGS's mission to empower people and inspire possibilities.What you'll do Provide leadership and oversight to multiple service streams, including Community Participation, Passport, Host Family, Employment, and Volunteer Coordination.Inspire and promote a culture of inclusion, service excellence, and innovation aligned with the mission and values of CLGS.Supervise and support a team of managers and frontline staff through coaching, mentorship, and performance development.Ensure programs meet and exceed Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) standards, Quality Assurance Measures (QAM), and internal benchmarks.Develop and implement strategic service plans aligned with organizational goals and community needs.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.Build and strengthen community partnerships and networks that promote inclusion, engagement, and meaningful opportunities for the people we support.What we're looking for A university degree in Social Services, Disability Studies, or a related field; postgraduate education or equivalent senior leadership experience in health or human services is required.10+ years of experience in developmental or social services, including 5 years in a management role.Proven track record of leading diverse, multi
