performing cultureWhat you bring to the table Approximately 6+ years of progressive public accounting experience.Proven ability to lead and oversee complex engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong client outcomes.Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, assurance methodologies, and/or income tax rules and regulations.Demonstrated client‐relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and provide advisory insight.Experience supervising teams, reviewing files, and delivering constructive coaching and feedback.Strong organizational and project‐management capabilities, with the ability to balance multiple engagements and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.Experience with CaseWare, tax preparation software, and advanced Excel skills considered an asset.Bilingualism in French/English is considered an assetWhat's in it for you?
