You will be instrumental in implementing performance management and coaching managers on HR best practices, contributing significantly to a cohesive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:\n• Facilitate inclusive onboarding and talent acquisition programs\n• Engage in interview processes with competency evaluations\n• Communicate HR policies and resolve employee inquiries\n• Monitor engagement survey processes and follow up\n• Train on employment standards and corporate governance

Requirements:\n• Minimum 5 years HR experience, including Generalist roles\n• Degree/diploma in HR or related field required\n• CHRP designation or in progress is highly regarded\n• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite\n• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
