Required Experience

Optimize structures for strength, stiffness, fatigue, and thermal performance. Interface with suppliers to validate materials, manufacturing methods, and fabrication constraints. Participate in failure investigations and root cause analyses for material or mechanical performance issues. Develop test infrastructure to verify platform performance and support certification. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with external organizations and research institutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and eVTOL certification requirements. Continuously improve processes, tools, and team capabilities. What You’ll Bring 5+ years in senior engineering or technology leadership roles within aerospace, with primary structural systems experience (composite design and stress disciplines preferred). Full lifecycle experience in at least one aerospace program, from concept to production and certification. Familiarity with eVTOL Certification regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA). Hands‑on experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA V6, 3DExperience preferred). Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Proactive mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and a drive to innovate.
