Reporting to the Integrated Production Superintendent, the Senior Engineer Supervisor is responsible for supervising the engineering team that supports copper production through short‑term production planning and data analytics across the value chain. The role works closely with the planning and execution teams to deliver daily plans, report on results, and drive continuous improvement. To be successful, we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, who can maintain flexibility and creativity in dealing with production planning; someone with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, who can prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced and dynamic setting.

This role requires a self‑directed individual with strong leadership skills, who can work collaboratively with others in a team setting.

Minimum 8 years of experience, with prior exposure coordinating and supervising an engineering team in a mining or process setting
