Required Experience

Training through career progression and governance requirements

Advance Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) applications, data interpretation, and interventions
\n
Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned to the Asset Management Framework and site objectives
\n
Ensure regulatory and OEM compliance for maintenance practices and inspection regimes; manage statutory inspections and maintenance records
\n
Define and track asset performance metrics and report trends with clear improvement actions
\n
Support budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle planning for mobile assets and maintenance spend Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; P.Eng required
\n
Eligible for, or working towards, registration with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC)
\n
Minimum 7+ years’ work experience in mining or heavy industry; previous open pit mining with truck

Proven experience with mobile equipment, and mechanical/electrical systems
\n
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, and Word
\n
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
\n
Preference to candidates with supervisory and mentorship experience
\n
