Required Experience

functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignmentand timely delivery of project milestones.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, including presenting project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Mentor and coach junior engineers and technologists.
Assist with the development of proposals.
Ensure compliance with ANDRITZ Quality System.
Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the ANDRITZ core values and behaviours.
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following: Bachelor''s degree or Diploma in Engineering with a focus on automation and electrification technologies.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering; preferably in Pulp & Paper.
Consulting engineering experience an asset.
Registered as a PEO or OIQ.
Strong understanding of automation and electrification technologies, including knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
