Insight Global is partnering with a world‑class leader in high‑performance digital imaging and semiconductor technology to hire a Senior Electronics Designer who wants to work on cutting‑edge products with real‑world impact. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop advanced electronics for machine vision camera boards and test systems, working hands‑on from concept through production. You will collaborate closely with layout engineers to plan PCB stackups and layouts, select components, and create high‑quality schematics while optimizing designs for cost, manufacturability, and testability. The position is highly cross‑functional, involving daily collaboration with firmware, FPGA, mechanical, thermal, and test teams, as well as simulating, debugging, and bringing up recent board designs and improving existing products in both lab and production environments. You will also document designs, lead technical reviews, support production timelines, and contribute to next‑generation camera innovation. The ideal candidate is a strong analog and digital designer with experience using PCB design tools such as Siemens PADS, hands‑on lab equipment expertise, and familiarity with protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Ethernet, along with high‑speed signal design. Experience with ADCs, DACs, SMPS, LDOs, op‑amps, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and fiber optics is essential for success in this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

8+ minimum years of experience in hardware/electronics design with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
