functional teams, including mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, CAD drafters, and product designers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other components.Direct activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.Developing test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and performing validation to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems.Establish design criteria for projects using required codes and standards.Participate in the design review process.Review and approval of engineering deliverables.Work with the Production department to provide technical assistance during the manufacturing process.Work with customers to understand project requirements and provide operational support while in the field.Mentor Electrical Engineers and Technologists.Qualifications and ExperienceElectrical Engineering degree or equivalent engineering discipline with 8+ years experience.Excellent design standards and strong troubleshooting skills.Effectively focus on high level project objectives while executing detailed design tasks.Demonstrated technical skills along with a proven track record for success.Experience in the design specification, installation and connection methods of electrical equipment.Experience in the design and review of PCB Fab drawings, PCB Assembly drawings.Experience in troubleshooting issues such as noise, distortion, cross
