volume caseload (up to 50 active projects simultaneously) Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and represent the company professionally Complete detailed site documentation (R24, Docusketch, photos, reports) Review scopes and collaborate closely with the Estimating Department Prepare or review estimates using Xactimate (as required), experience with Symbility is considered an asset Ensure smooth coordination between mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams Proactively identify roadblocks and drive timelines forward Mentor junior project managers when appropriate Participate in rotating on
