Qualifications & Experience
Required:
· 2–5 years of property claims adjusting experience.
· Level 3 Licensed Adjuster in the Province of New Brunswick
· Valid New Brunswick driver’s license and reliable field vehicle.
· Understanding of residential, commercial, and farm construction and estimating.
· Ability to work independently and manage a field‑based caseload.
Competencies
· Solid judgement and analytical thinking.
· Effective written and verbal communication.
· Customer‑service orientation with empathy and excellent conflict‑resolution abilities.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Working Conditions
· Hybrid schedule: approx. one day per week in
Position Details

Hours: Saint John) as well as north of Fredericton to Grand Falls.
· Physical site work may involve climbing, confined spaces, uneven terrain, PPE.
· Occasional after‑hours response to urgent or catastrophe losses.
