We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Barber to join our team in delivering exceptional Men's cut's and grooming along with exceptional customer experiences.
As a Barber in a fast passed environment, you will combine technical expertise with strong management skills to maintain and uphold our service standards. Showcasing your talent and artwork to every client. Furthermore, you must be approachable and have excellent communication skills ensure our clients leave feeling confident maintaining an already strong reputation.
This role offers the potential to grow with the chance to manage daily operations, Open and close shop along with upholding the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Provide a high standard of Men's cut's and grooming services.
Perform specialized treatments including Hot towel applications for face shaves and beard grooming, Facial waxing, Black Mask and proficient with the Straight blade to meet diverse client needs.
Manage Barber Specific POS software systems for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking.
Oversee store operations including front desk duties, retail sales, inventory management, and sanitation protocols to ensure a protected and welcoming environment.
Drive retail sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Maintain high sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services or products.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and positive reviews.
